Additional information upon purchasing your item(s):

 

Estimated processing time:

- Typically within a week upon receiving a completed order!

 

Estimated shipping time:

- All orders are shipped within the US have an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days.

- All orders shipped outside of the US could take up to 2-7 weeks to arrive.

 

*Please be sure your address is correct and working!*

- Your order is not guaranteed to arrive if your address is incorrect or invalid. I will contact you if theres any issues however after three failed attempts to get in touch with you I will issue a refund.

 

If an order is returned back to me:

- I will contact the buyer and they will be asked if they would like their package shipped out again for additional shipping fee. If declined, the buyer will be issued a refund for the item(s) purchased but not for the original shipping fee.

 

International orders:

- Once an international order has left the premise of the United States I am no longer authorized or able to contact the postal service of other countries. If there is a problem with your international order I will resupply you with your tracking number and do my best to work with you until the problem is resolved. 

- In the unfortunate circumstance that a package has been lost internationally I will resend you a new package for an additional shipping fee if you desire.

 

Returns and cancellations:

- I do not accept returns or cancellations although if there's any issues with your order please contact me ([email protected]) with your order number and I will help you resolve the issue.
